Non-bake Lemon Oreo Cheese Cake

Dah lama teringin nak makan cheese cake semenjak pantang ni. Hahaha... Jangan kata aku gila ek. Tak ramai kot yang buat perangai makan kek keju masa pantang ni. Hohoh... I am one of them. Anyway, this is my modified recipe. Thanks to Kak Yat and KambingBujang

Crust
2 packs of Oreo Original (137gm each - make into crumbs)
100 gm melted butter (I used 100 gm soft margerine - Nature brand)

Combine the crumbs and melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture in a medium container and set aside in a fridge for 30 minutes or the whole night.

Filling
1 block of cream cheese (I used Philadelphia cream cheese weight 250gm)
60 gm caster sugar (I simply threw the amount for I did not have the equipment at mom's house. Haha...)
250 ml whip cream
21 gm gelatine (I used Halagel brand)
1/4 cup hot water
lemon juice from 2 lemons
grated rind of 2 lemons

Beat the cream cheese with the caster sugar until fluffy. Pour in the whip cream and continue beat it. Then, add in the gelatine (combine the gelatine with 1/4cup hot water), lemon juice and the grated rind and mix them well. Pour the mixture over the chilled crust and set aside in the fridge for two hours or until it hardened. 

I have tried and not sure whether jadi or not. But the whole process went through smoothly. I will post the pictures later on if it set up well yea... :D  I had to run from the kitchen to my sister's room where I put my little angel whenever I heard him cried out loud. Hehehe... By the way, mama's little boy is now 1 month old. He got his 2nd jab for Hep B last night at Poliklinik Barakah. Price? RM30 for the jab and consultation. RM12 for PCM. I gave 1 ml as prescribed by the doctor and put it in my EBM before he went to bed yesterday night. Alhamdulillah, he looks well today.

Kerak
2 pek Oreo Asli (137gm each - kisar halus)
100 gm mentega yang dicairkan  (Saya guna 100 gm marjerin lembut - jenama Nature )

Campurkan kisaran oreo dan mentega hingga sebati. Tekan adunan tadi dalam bekas sederhana besar dan letakkan dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit atau semalaman.

Inti
1 blok cream cheese (Saya guna jenama Philadelphia cream cheese seberat 250gm)
60 gm gula kastor
250 ml whip cream (jenama Paul sebab ada tanda halal)
21 gm gelatin (Saya guna jenama  Halagel )
1/4 cup air panas
jus lemon dari dua biji lemon 
parutan kulit lemon

Nota: Pastikan anda keluarkan keju sejam sebelum melakukan proses membuat inti.

Pukul keju kerim dengan gula hingga gebu. Tuang whip krim dan teruskan memukul. Kemudian masukkan gelatin (yang telah dicampurkan dengan air panas), jus lemon dan parutan kulit lemon dan kacau hingga sebati. Tuang ke atas kerak tadi dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk selama dua jam atau sehingga ia keras.
